Cameron J. Darner
Overall Experience at Tri valley
Freshman Year: It seemed to be a whole new world and a school he had not been able to experience that much, it was something that was going to need adjusting to.
Sophomore year: It was easier because it being the second year in the school, you knew where everything was and who most of the teachers were.
Junior Year: “Hands down my best year in high school…” The school and environment felt natural at this point and there seemed to be no worries.
Senior Year: “Probably the most stressful.” Senior year seemed more stressful simply because of keeping up grades and looking at colleges and making sure you need everything to graduate.
The Environment…
As far as any intimidation factor or anything along that lines. Cameron did not experience this in his underclassmen years at the high school, As stated by Cameron, name-calling will always be a thing to deal with at Tri- valley and in life, but as far as any pressure to do things or say things by upperclassmen, there was none in his case.
Why was Junior year the best of your years at school?
To Cameron it was mostly a mixture of sports and friends and family. Friends made it easy because of the large amount of friends there was as a support system in the school. Sports, sports helped his junior year by being his best year overall in sports. Also teachers, the teachers seemed a lot more relaxed and helped him out a lot throughout the year, but to Cameron all of these things together worked side by side to make his junior year the best.

How Do you balance school, sports, friends and family?
“Its tough.” Cameron simply put. Because of the amount of school work you get, How much time practice takes up, then you go home and have to finish homework and spend time with your family, then after all this, you have time for you friends and relationships, if you may be in one. “Its tough.”
